Terms and Conditon

1. On making a reservation, you shall pay a non-refundable deposit (being a fixed percentage -- 30 % -- of the total value of your reservation). Balance of the cost u will pay at your arriwall.
2. Touristic tax., bad linen, towels, dishes,  electricity, water, utility are  include in the price of accommodation.
3. We guarantee that after you make reservation and pay deposit money apartment and reservation will wait for you. After we receive deposit money on our bank account or money bookers account we will sent u VOCHER for your reservation.
4. Any damage made by incorrect use of apartment utility will be charge in amount of  market price. We advice you to use manuals instruction or ask the apartment owner.
5. We guarantee that photos, descriptions and reviews in our web page www.split-apartments.net,  are authentic and that they correspond with actual state.
6. For short term stays (less than 3 nights) we calculate 30% higher prices.

1. All information you shared with us during reservation like  your contact telephone, mobile, mail or any other information will  be closely guarded secret.
2. Return policy is  included under Terms and Condition - item 1.
